Who is Lewi Gault?

"My wife and I recently closed on our home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lewi and Mackenzie were extremely knowledgeable and quick with communication, not to mention the thorough comps they put together via video within hours after we looked at homes we were interested in. I would definitely recommend using them if you are in the market to buy or sell!"

"Lewi and Mackenzie are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional who truly care about their clients."

"Lewi went above and beyond to help my wife and I find our first home together and made the entire process stress free and was available every step of the way. If it was possible the rating would be above 5 stars. Very responsive very professional 10/10 recommend him no matter what your real estate needs are!"

"Lewi has helped me sell and purchase multiple homes. He understands your needs and helps find you the right home or buyer. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in Colorado."

"Lewi did an exceptional job getting us our dream home. Sold our home found us our other home all within 15 days truly amazing top notch and I would recommend him to anyone. A true professional."

"Lewi is one of the top real estate agents in the Denver area. He is highly responsive, super knowledgeable about the market, and an excellent advocate during the transaction. Lewi helped me with a complex deal that required quick work and comprehensive understanding. He's highly recommended next time you're looking to buy or sell a house."

"Lewi was a great agent to work with throughout the entire process. It took a lot longer than expected to make a purchase due to factors outside of our control but Lewi was always ready to look at properties and guide me through the homebuying process. I really believe that he had my interest at heart and wanted to make sure I got into the right home rather than just looking to make the first deal possible."

"Lewi kept with me through over 8 months of searching for the perfect place and he was always looking out for me as a first time home buyer. He is a great agent and an even better person. Definitely someone you want to have on your side of the ring!"

"Lewi was great to work with. He knows the market and the Denver area really well. He made the selling process a breeze and got me top dollar for my home. I highly recommend Lewi."

"Lewi is an extremely knowledgeable, honest, and driven realtor. He made my first time home buying experience a lot less stressful by educating me on the process and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He's also very knowledgeable about Colorado and the various neighborhoods within and around Denver. He took the time to tour neighborhoods and get to know me to understand where might be a best fit for me. In general, he always had my best interests in mind, which in this industry and market is hard to find. Lewi worked hard to secure a home that met all of my requirements and was within my budget and at a fair price. We looked at countless homes, lost a few bids on some, and walked away from others during the negotiation process. Lewi was there to guide me away from homes that he easily could have pushed me into to secure a commission as many realtors do. He's been there every step of the way after the purchase to help me get settled, create connections with local vendors, getting utilities setup etc. as well. It's hard to find genuinely good people in this industry. I'd highly recommend Lewi if you want a realtor who will have your back and who's main agenda is to make sure you land in a home that is right for YOU."

"The Gault Group is just fantastic. 1-2 punch between Lewi and Mackenzie making sure you are covered and supported for all of your real estate needs! I highly recommend them in the Denver area and especially in Park Hill and the surrounding areas."
